WHAT YOU GET
Everything. On 3 stores. Forever.
Cash on delivery — in the chat
Takes COD orders with your own couriers, shipping zones and COD fee. Orders wait for your approval, so fake orders can't block stock.
Payment link in the chat
Creates the order and sends a secure link to your own checkout — card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, whatever your store already offers.
Coupons that grow the basket
“One more item and you get 10% off.” Threshold and single-use coupons, applied automatically.
Chat-only free shipping
Free shipping or free COD only through the chat, on the days and hours you choose.
myCogni AI Search included
Semantic search with AI descriptions, built for Greek and Greeklish — and the chat uses it to find the right products.
Voice, Greeklish, any language
Customers can speak or write the way they write — the assistant replies in their language.
THE MATH
Others charge every month. You pay once.

| myCogni Founders | €499 once | No monthly fee, no per-conversation fee. You pay only your own AI provider — usually a few euros a month. |
Generic comparison of typical published SaaS pricing; plans vary by vendor.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need an AI key?
Yes — your own key from OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral or OpenRouter. You pay the provider directly at their rates, usually a few euros a month for a small store, with no markup from us. The setup guide shows how.
Is it really lifetime?
Yes. Founders licenses don’t expire and include all updates and new features of myCogni Chat and myCogni AI Search for as long as the products exist.
Why only 100 licenses?
Lifetime licenses are our launch offer for the first customers who help us grow. After they sell out, myCogni is sold only as a yearly license.
Can I use it on more than 3 stores?
Choose an Agency plan (10, 25 or 100 sites). Founders is limited to one license per company.
Can I move it to a new domain?
Yes. In My Account → myCogni Licenses, remove the old site and activate the key on the new one.
Will I get an invoice? What about VAT?
Yes, an invoice for your business. Prices are excl. VAT: Greek customers pay 24%; EU businesses with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) pay 0% under reverse charge; businesses outside the EU pay 0%.
What if it doesn't work on my store?
Report it within 30 days. If we can’t fix it within 7 days, we refund you. Before buying, you can also ask for a free demo with your own products. See the refund policy.
Does it work with my theme?
It appears as a floating chat window and works with most WooCommerce themes. Not sure? Send us your store link and we’ll check before you buy.
100 licenses. Then it's gone.
Get myCogni Chat Pro + AI Search for your stores, forever — for less than what others charge in one year.
